Lemon Garden Herb Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 3 – 8 oz salmon fillets with skin
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Coat a skillet with olive oil.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet.
  3. Squeeze the lemon over the top of the salmon.
  4. Season evenly with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook on medium heat until the salmon is pink and flaky, about 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley
