Ingredients:
- 3 – 8 oz salmon fillets with skin
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions:
- Coat a skillet with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet.
- Squeeze the lemon over the top of the salmon.
- Season evenly with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Cover the skillet and cook on medium heat until the salmon is pink and flaky, about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley
